Varouj Vartanian

Introduction

Varouj Vartanian previously studied political science and anthropology, earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s degree from Harvard University. He is currently a 4th year medical student planning to pursue neurosurgery. Varouj’s past medical experience includes clinical clerkships in neurology, neurosurgery, emergency medicine, and neuroendocrinology. He previously worked as a student associate at Harvard Student Agencies and as a finance assistant for the Vice President of Finance at MIT. He later worked as the operations manager at UCLA’s Institute of Quantitative and Computational Biosciences. He was previously a reviewer for Harvard Public Health Review Journal, and has published numerous news/analysis articles in fields such as public health, social issues, and politics.
